Current ordering status
This static site does not complete a purchase. A buyer first requests and accepts a written offer that states the licence, invoicing terms, delivery method, and applicable cancellation or refund rights.
Material difference or failed delivery
If a supplied edition is materially not as described in the accepted written offer, contact ivan@mojradnik.com.hr within 14 days of delivery. Subject to the final reviewed terms and applicable law, the publisher will correct the issue or refund the purchase. A failed delivery will be corrected or refunded.
Briefing sessions
A briefing included in an accepted offer may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to the final written terms.
